This is SERIOUSLY overdue! What a year it has been. If I wrote it all out, you'd probably be able to find Bin Laden before getting to the end of it; instead here are some quick highlights:
- I moved twice and had awesome housemates.
- I was that crazy Orientation Leader.
- I realized I don't particularly enjoy African literature.
- I interned at GQ.
- I wrote for several different publications.
- I did the World Cup fan walk from Higgovale to the Stadium -- and back.
- I watched more soccer in 4 weeks than I ever have in my entire life.
- I got a MacBook Pro and Adobe CS4 Master Collection :D
- I designed my own business cards.
- I got into the Print Production program(me).
- (I realized how tired I am of UK spelling conventions.)
- I'm the Deputy Editor of the newspaper next year.
- I'm also still the choir chairperson.
- I got a job in the library.
- I got another job as a PR intern.
- I joined an all-male acapella group.
- I'm halfway done with my degree.
- My US green card was approved and by the time I've graduated it'll be ready.
- The choir had its best year ever and I am thrilled to have been a part of that.
- I'm a bit homesick.
- I found out that the Deputy Vice-Chancellor knew my mom. Weird.
And that's only about 65% of it all! Anyway, I'll be migrating to a new blog in 2011, with more frequent updates about any- and everything. Stay tuned.
